 Brookshade Neighbors,The Brookshade Homeowners Annual Meeting will be held on November 12th @ 7:30pm at Alpharetta City Hall – Community Room. The board is proposing no increase in 2025 for the operating and capital reserve budgets. There will be a slight increase for the trash pickup budget. There is also information on amenities projects that are in the works (Racquet Viewing Pavilion, needed clean up around the tennis courts, Swing Set and connecting paths).
