Dear Brookshade Neighbors,

We want to invite you to an upcoming event that’s not only delicious but also for a great cause.

Ariel Yehuday, our neighbor, is on his journey to Eagle Scout, and as part of his final project, he’s organizing a fundraising event on Saturday, April 20th, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. near the pool/tennis court in our neighborhood.

We’re excited to invite you and your family to join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and community spirit!

We’ll be serving up hot pizza, refreshing lemonade, and plenty of smiles. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come together as neighbors while supporting a worthy cause.

All funds raised will directly contribute to Ariel Yehuday’s Eagle Scout project, which aims for Mayfield Park in Milton to build a few benches and picnic tables.

Please feel free to bring along friends and family members.

The Amenities Improvement Committee and the HOA Board are happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with Pro Playgrounds to begin work on installing shade structures in the pool area and replace our existing playground and swing set.  The work is contracted to be completed by May 3rd.  We will have more communications coming out to inform you about the work. 

The cabana shades are light blue to match the chairs and that we will have new swings. The Committee and Board are working with a few contractors to reach an agreement on the Tennis Pavilion.  There will be more information as we get closer to an agreement.

New Tennis/Pickleball Court Reservation (Effective 01/01/2024)

New court reservation system – yourcourts.com – is now live. Please follow the instructions below to sign up for your account. The default password is set to Brookshade.

For existing reservations in December, please transfer your reservations to the new system. Please reach out with questions.
