To Brookshade HOA,
Join your neighbors for the annual July 4th Independence Day Parade!
Decorate your bikes, scooters, and golf carts in red, white and blue and join us Saturday morning, starting at 10am, in the Hickory Oaks Court cul-de-sac.
Would rather watch? Set up a chair in the shade and wave as the parade passes by!
We’ll slowly tour the neighborhood (making right turns), ending at the pool for some cold treats for the kids.
We look forward to seeing you all on the 4th!!!
Brookshade HOA Board

To Brookshade HOA,
The Brookshade HOA Board is pleased to inform all residents that it has completed a series of landscaping projects near the tennis courts and clubhouse. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we diligently worked to coordinate the completion of these projects that were started in 2024.
The attached slide is part of the presentation at the Annual HOA Meeting on December 9th at 6:30pm at the Alpharetta City Hall. We encourage all residents to attend. The Board will address any questions or concerns at that time.
The new features are outlined below. Each number refers to the corresponding picture on the slide:
(Not pictured) A new layer of #89 stone was installed on the entire length of the 1,200-foot forest path on the other side of the bridge and creek, between the clubhouse and Hopewell Road. The old path was overgrown with large tree roots, so this improvement should make it walkable for all residents, young and old.
We look forward to seeing you at City Hall.

Brookshade HOA,
Join us for pizza & spooky fun for our 3rd Annual Brookshade SKELETON CONTEST & PARTY! We will hop on golf carts for a parade to tour everyone's Halloween decor. Then we'll head back to the cul-de-sac to vote for the best skeleton scene and eat. Trophies will be awarded! Pizza and drinks will be provided by the HOA.
Date: Sunday, October 19th
Time: 5:30 PM
Location: Shadecrest Court Cul-de-sac

Brookshade Neighbors,
The Brookshade Homeowners Annual Meeting will be held on November 12th @ 7:30pm at Alpharetta City Hall – Community Room.
The board is proposing no increase in 2025 for the operating and capital reserve budgets. There will be a slight increase for the trash pickup budget. There is also information on amenities projects that are in the works (Racquet Viewing Pavilion, needed clean up around the tennis courts, Swing Set and connecting paths).
If anyone has interest in joining the HOA Board please let us know prior to the meeting.
We look forward to seeing you at City Hall.
Regards,
Brookshade HOA Board
