As the school year winds down and the summer sun begins to shine, it's time to celebrate together! We are thrilled to invite you to our Annual End-of-Year Pool Party, where fun, food, and fantastic company await.
Date: Thursday, May 22nd
Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: Neighborhood Pool Area
Join us for an afternoon of splashes and smiles! The pool will be open for all to enjoy, and we’ll have delicious food and ice cream to keep everyone refreshed. Plus, don’t miss the chance to tour our newly furnished tennis pavilion—a beautiful addition to our community space!
Whether you're cooling off in the pool, enjoying a sweet treat, or simply catching up with neighbors, this event promises to be a fantastic way to kick off the summer season.

The Brookshade Homeowners Annual Meeting will be held on November 12th @ 7:30pm at Alpharetta City Hall – Community Room.
The board is proposing no increase in 2025 for the operating and capital reserve budgets. There will be a slight increase for the trash pickup budget. There is also information on amenities projects that are in the works (Racquet Viewing Pavilion, needed clean up around the tennis courts, Swing Set and connecting paths).
If anyone has interest in joining the HOA Board please let us know prior to the meeting.
